Florida was born from an idea by Mr. Floriano Vita. The first products were straws and caps.
We are expanding our offering by introducing new products, such as stirrers and spoons, thus responding to market needs and enriching our offering.
We've decided to take a major step forward by starting production of ice cream cups. This new production line will allow us to expand our offering and consolidate our market presence.
With increasing demand and the company's growth, a move to larger, more modern, and better-equipped facilities became necessary to better meet production and logistics needs.
To further diversify our offering, we began importing paper, cardboard, and pulp products for the takeaway and tableware sectors.
An important step was the transition from a general partnership to an LLC, marking a new phase of development and solidity for the company.
In 2024, we took a big step towards sustainability by installing a photovoltaic system that reduces our environmental impact and demonstrates a concrete commitment to protecting the environment.

Quality and
taste since 1968
Founded in 1968 Thanks to the foresight of its then owner, Floriano Vita, the company is now managed by his two children, Luigina and Lamberto, in collaboration with the third generation. Initially producing just two products—bottle caps and straws—it now offers a wide range of products for bars, ice cream parlors, the Ho.Re.Ca., and takeaway sectors, catering to a wide variety of needs.
Today, with over 55 years of experience Florida srl covers the entire Italian and European market and a considerable portion of the international one both with its own bio-plastic and plastic articles and with the direct marketing of articles in wood, paper, cellulose pulp and wax.
